Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any damages or defects, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at +974 4488 6188. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund based on the condition.

- Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Exceptions: Non-returnable items include personal care products, opened medical supplies, and customized items. These are returnable only if defective upon delivery.

- Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
